Your role
The Tax Administration Staff will assist the Tax Administration Officer in the renewal and payment of the real property taxes of all the stations, depots, and other properties. The Tax Administration Staff will also assist in securing tax declarations for all new real properties.
What will YOU do?
- Act as representative and/or liaison during the registration and payment process from application to issuance by representing the company in all transactions relating to permit acquisition.
- Secure and submit the application forms and checklists needed for the registration of new properties and payment of the real property tax due.
- Collect the papers and documents required in the course of registration and renewal by gathering the details, information, and data needed for application.
- Prepare Check Payment Requests (CPRs) for various payment obligations and cash advances in connection to renewal and registration by requesting via the platform of different application systems of other departments.
- Maintain the relationship with the Local Government Unit and Bureau of Internal Revenue concerning the renewal and registration of properties concerning the renewal and registration of properties by building good relations with all the regulatory agencies.
- Monitor the status of permit acquisition, including the remaining effectivity and subsequent renewals thereof.
- Ensure the company RPT is paid on time and all real assets are declared with the LGU.
About you
What will YOU need?
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- No employment experience required.
- Must be knowledgeable in using MS Office and/or Google Suite applications.
- Must be willing to do occasional fieldwork.
- Must be willing to travel domestically for deployment and other assignments.
- Must be willing to extend working hours and work on holidays, weekends, and as needed.
