Your role
The role is responsible for leading the daily filling operations. You will ensure that finished blends are properly packed in their designated containers/packaging and are compliant with quality standards.
What will YOU do?
- Prepare request form for packaging materials needed for filling operations such as: Filling Tracer & Withdrawal Form.
- Ensure filling lines and other equipment used in operations are inspected daily and calibrated with the use of appropriate tools and equipment
- Operate filling line safely and efficiently by strictly adhering to SOPs
- Inform the Lubricants Blending Plant Supervisor and Manager of equipment problems to avoid equipment downtime by immediately reporting of equipment's unusual condition.
- Perform simple proactive maintenance on the equipment during the shift to ensure it is completely functional and safe to operate by performing equipment routine inspection recorded in the Prestart-up Checklist.
- Ensure that finished products meet safety and quality specifications with close coordination with QCPD and LBP supervisor.
- Ensure paperwork and minor administrative tasks are completed at the beginning and end of every shift such as filling tracer.
- Oversee daily housekeeping activities at the beginning and end of every shift to ensure safety and improve productivity by maintaining cleanliness and eliminating hazards.

- Open to vocational graduates of Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Engineer.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Knowledgeable with machine operation.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Willing to be assigned to SEAOIL Lubricants Blending Plant, Bauan, Mabini Batangas.
