Your role
What will YOU do:
- Attend structured developmental activities (e.g., on-site/virtual classroom sessions, on-site visits, job shadowing, immersion, coaching/mentoring, etc.).
- Development and/or evaluation of projects in an individual or group setting.
- Deal with different types of stakeholders (fellow management trainees, work buddies, role owners, resource persons, mentors, and business leaders).
- Perform data gathering, analysis, and presentation/reporting to aid in the review of performance outcomes.
About you
This program is open for:
- Graduating students or those with less than 1 year of employment experience.
- Courses: Management Engineering, Accountancy, Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, and other related courses.

According to research, the estimated total pay range for a Management Trainee at Seaoil is PHP 21,250 - PHP 27,000 per month.
Training & development
SEAOIL Philippines’ MT Program is broken down into 3 phases:
Phase I:
- Generic Track | This is the period when Management Trainees are rotated/immersed in different departments, gaining knowledge on how specific functions and processes are performed.
Phase II:
- Specific Track | During this period, the Management Trainees slowly transition to participating in key projects and activities for a specific department (based on the identified track during the screening/hiring process).
Phase III:
- Pre-Deployment Track | This last phase is when a specific role within the department is identified for the Management Trainee, leading to the assignment of focused/targeted tasks and development activities to him/her (must have accompanying visuals).
