Your role
Seaoil is seeking talented fresh graduates to join them as Inventory Management Clerk in their office in Sta. Cruz, Davao, Philippines.
This role will monitor, analyze, and report product inventory movements in the assigned depot/terminal.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collating, recording, and reviewing daily sounding, product receiving, and product transfer reports, including additives, dyes, and blending components.
- Reconciling daily product movement and report the variances and reasons for variances.
- Updating daily product stock reports and submits this to relevant parties.
- Handling the updating and submission of all inventory reports.
- Generating, updating, and submiting all regular (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and special inventory reports.
- Analyzing product movements and maintain the integrity of the inventory data.
- Reporting intolerable or excessive variances to all concerned parties.
- Logging all terminal requests and forms and office-related requisitions, as necessary.
- Organizing regular operations meeting, as necessary.
- Serving as a member of the Fire Brigade and Oil Spill Contingency Team.
- Handling other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
About you
To qualify for the job, you must be:
- Open for fresh graduates - Business, Marketing, or any other related courses
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet tools and applications
- Keen to details and has good mathematical ability
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely organized
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
