Your role
This role will prepare Accounts Payable Vouchers (APVs) for various transactions in the assigned area, per existing Accounting Department policies and the Accounts Payable Lead Time Matrix.
What will YOU do?
- Validate the relevance of received documents (e.g. Payment Requests, billing statements, invoices, etc.) including payment details, required signatures, and attachments / supporting documents before preparation of APVs.
- Prepare APVs for cash advance, liquidation, reimbursement, and replenishment requests filed by employees in the assigned area.
- Prepare APVs for payment of liabilities to haulers, utility, and suppliers based on the assigned type of transaction on or before the due date.
- Submit prepared APVs to the Accounting Approver (Accounts Payable) for validation.
- Handle all accounts payable-related concerns and follow-ups from employees, dealers, and suppliers.
- Maintain relevant accounting documents and reports and ensure that all records follow I.S.O. standards.
- Monitor Station funds and record them in the proper expense account.
- Prepare entries for monthly payout to dealers and operators.
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
About you
What will YOU need?
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, and other related courses.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).
