Your role

  • You will be responsible for special projects to be assigned.
  • You will be rotated to different departments under Robinsons Malls and will be trained under the Management Trainee Program. 
  • You are expected to learn and perform the important roles of each functional department within a specific period of time.
  • You will have a faster career development track as you will be pipelined to become the next leader of the company.

About you

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or any equivalent course, preferably with Latin Honors or excellent academic records.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Candidate must be a fast learner and can work with minimal supervision.
  • We want Smart, Honest, and Energetic people who love what we do.
