Your role

Robinsons Land Corp is looking for motivated and talented students who would like to start as HR Interns in their office in Pasig, Philippines.

The HR Assistant will offer administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record keeping.

Main responsibilities include:

• Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Assisting with new hire onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Assisting with employee relations, including maintaining employee files, responding to employee inquiries
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
• Other duties as assigned

About you

To qualify for the role, applicants must possess the following qualities:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
