Your day-to-day responsibilities as Materials Controller will include:
Executes timely issuance of stock requests to support business operational needs.
Processes stock requests & transfers stocks to other branches outside Manila.
Maintains the right quantity level of supplies/materials at the right time based on approved standards and procedures.
Conduct daily updates of stock cards.
Ensures stocks are arranged in an organized manner consistent with the service requirement.
Checks and corrects discrepancies in records and reports to the supervising authority
Ensures all deliveries are checked accurately against the corresponding delivery notes.
Ensures all deliveries are correctly signed for and received in the warehouse.
Conducts monthly physical stock count inventory and report, practices FIFO or LIFO for stock issuance as appropriate.
Maintains and updates daily inventory entries.
Provides updates on stock expiry dates, slow-moving items, and stocks with critically low inventory levels; recommends/takes actions for disposition.
Review and analyze stock consumption of branches for the quarterly update of the minimum stock level per branch.
Ensures all required reports and returns are prepared accurately, submitted on time, and in line with the business requirements, both local and regional.
Ensures timely entry of all data and upkeep of records.
Maintains records of goods ordered and received and ensures accuracy of data.
Maintains tidiness of the warehouse and orderly stock storage at all times.
About you
If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
Candidate must be a graduate of a degree in business administration.
Open for fresh graduates.
With experience in warehouse and inventory is an advantage.
With good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.
Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.
