Materials Controller null

Your role

Your day-to-day responsibilities as Materials Controller will include:

• Executes timely issuance of stock requests to support business operational needs.
• Processes stock requests & transfers stocks to other branches outside Manila.
• Maintains the right quantity level of supplies/materials at the right time based on approved standards and procedures.
• Conduct daily updates of stock cards.
• Ensures stocks are arranged in an organized manner consistent with the service requirement.
• Checks and corrects discrepancies in records and reports to the supervising authority
• Ensures all deliveries are checked accurately against the corresponding delivery notes.
• Ensures all deliveries are correctly signed for and received in the warehouse.
• Conducts monthly physical stock count inventory and report, practices FIFO or LIFO for stock issuance as appropriate.
• Maintains and updates daily inventory entries.
• Provides updates on stock expiry dates, slow-moving items, and stocks with critically low inventory levels; recommends/takes actions for disposition.
• Review and analyze stock consumption of branches for the quarterly update of the minimum stock level per branch.
• Ensures all required reports and returns are prepared accurately, submitted on time, and in line with the business requirements, both local and regional.
• Ensures timely entry of all data and upkeep of records.
• Maintains records of goods ordered and received and ensures accuracy of data.
• Maintains tidiness of the warehouse and orderly stock storage at all times.

About you

If you want to be considered for this role you will need:

• Candidate must be a graduate of a degree in business administration.
• Open for fresh graduates.
• With experience in warehouse and inventory is an advantage.
• With good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
