Your role & responsibilities
Service Efficiency
Ensure Service Operations’ compliance to Reporting Services (QPMS/Semi-QPMS), Termite Management Program.
Conduct technical advisory for Services that require site inspection.
Ensure accurate and on-time submission of reports agreed with the customer.
Undertake periodic inspections of HD/KA customers and discuss fully finding results and recommendations. Seek agreement on the action plan.
Administration and Policy Directive
Assist the technical manager in planning, scheduling, and preparation of suitable training materials, the technical manager in updating the Authorized Product List, and coordinate requests on addition and removal from the list. Coordinate with the procurement department and chemical supplier on supporting documents.
Assist the technical manager in conducting service audits and monitor the status of TPA (Technician Performance Assessment).
Assist in any program that supports quality service within the division.
Extend assistance to branch operations in promoting company products and services and achieving business objectives.
Supervise and assist specific branch service operations as required after consultation with the branch & technical manager.
Provide insect identification service for branches which yet to have the capability to complement those that have.
Constantly improve or upgrade knowledge of Pest Management through private study, membership of the association, attendance at the course, study of technical literature provided by the company, and practical experience in the field.
Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/ or lack of customer cooperation, require follow-up action by the local branch.
Submit recommendations and reports with appropriate chemical treatment or monitoring recommendations to the Branch or Service Heads.
Conduct a bi-annual audit and ensure the usage of products in compliance with the Authorize Product List in all Pest Control Branches
Maintain accurate records of High Dependency / Key Account customers in the current year as a reference for review on the status of the Pest Management Program.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and security of the vehicle, and equipment monies provided by the company, and all technical materials/documents are controlled and will not be used for other purposes outside the Company’s interest.
Drive the policy compliance and zero tolerance policy. Achieve LTAR target set for the year for both Pest Control & Hygiene
Customer Development
Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted on as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise.
To be aware and act on potential sales and collection opportunities to help generate additional new business, up-selling, and improve collection.
Attend required training, meetings, conferences, and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance, and customers’ requirements.

About you
If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
Preferably candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture majoring in Entomology or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
With experience in Technical Operations specializing in handling manufacturing companies with process standards such as GMP, ISO, HACCP, and FSMS.
With excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Offices.
Willing to work in Brgy. Kalawaan, Pasig City.
