Your role
Rentokil Philippines is looking for aspiring graduates to work as HR Assistant in Pasig, Philippines.
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Managing and maintaining comprehensive administrative filing system including archival and storage inventories.
- Managing administration for third-party services and timely compliance to local and government requirements.
- Assisting in coordinating special events such Townhall Meeting, Employee Service Awards, Annual Dinner, etc.
- Undertaking other duties and exercising flexibility and undertake additional duties from time to time as assigned and agreed by line manager
- Assisting in formation and reviewing of human resource and employment strategies and policies
- Supporting implementation of HR Strategy with a particular focus on supporting to achieve company targets
- Supporting in the development and management of HR information systems and reporting mechanisms
- Attending to Audit requirements of Clients
- Managing recruitment effort for all job positions in the organization; employee orientations; talent management program, employee relations counselling, exit interviews; writes and places advertisements
- Developing and administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
- Managing & maintaining other records, reports, and logs to confirm to EEO regulations
- Developing, recommending, and implementing personnel policies and procedures
- Participating in administrative staff meetings and attending other meetings, such a seminars
- Participating in developing department goals, objectives, and systems, and recommending necessary changes
- Recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
About you
To be considered in this role you must have these qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Development Management or any related course
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Advantage with related experience in HR
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kalawaan, Pasig
- Full-Time position(s) available.
