Graduate Trainee – Finance null

Your role

Reckitt Philippines is looking for a Graduate Trainee for Finance who will be given hands-on experience in the following key responsibilities:

• Learn about the different functions of the Finance team and how they contribute to the business working with their various stakeholders
• Observe experienced employees to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of their departmental duties
• Receive training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities
• Coordinate closely with different leadership teams and various business/operation units to meet the stakeholders’ needs
• Initiate projects and ensure implementation of the outcomes correctly for maximum benefit in terms of cost, fit, and strategy
• Interact with different stakeholders in key business channels to observe and provide business insights to further drive the business

About you

Successful candidates possess below qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accountancy, or other similar courses
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Graduates with a maximum of 2 years relevant work experience may also apply!

Training & Development

Reckitt emphasizes continuous learning and development. Reckitt has a Finance Future Leadership Scheme designed to develop future leaders. This program includes three year-long rotations across different finance functions, providing a well-rounded view of the business. Participants also receive support to become CIMA qualified
