Your role

• Defines website/application objectives by analyzing user requirements; and envisioning system features and functionality.
• Designs and develops user interfaces by setting expectations and feature priorities throughout the development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; and designing and conducting tests.
• Recommends system solutions by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
• Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
• Complete project development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team/client meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.

About you

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Internship or freelancing experience in web development is a plus.
• Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, MYSQL, Laravel, and VueJS.
• Knowledge of at least one MVC framework CodeIgniter
• Knowledge of responsive layouts using Bootstrap, Less, Foundation, etc. is a plus
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility with special considerations for Internet Explorer 8 and up.
• Strong sense of CSS3 transitions and DOM-based animations
• Energetic self-starter with the ability to take ownership and be accountable for deliverables.
• Ability to QA and verify code on multiple browsers/devices.
• Extremely detail-oriented and asks questions and checks facts rather than assuming.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
• Willing to work in Ayala, Makati on a hybrid work set-up.
• Must be amenable to start as soon as possible
• Open to fresh graduates with good scholastic records.
