We are looking for passionate and driven writers to interview people and write profiles highlighting different roles in top organisations in the Philippines. These profiles help students and fresh graduates get a backstage pass on what it’s like to work in that role in the organisation and better decide on a career path after graduation.

Your Role

Your role will be to research, interview, and write profiles of graduates working in top organisations in the Philippines to feature their stories and highlight their experiences.
 

What success looks like

We measure the success of this role by the number of high-quality articles and features produced:

• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Engaging to read yet professional writing style
• Excellent interviewing skills that can pick up exciting stories and ask great follow-up questions that would bring out more insights that readers will find helpful 
• Proactive approach with a can-do attitude and the ability to be a self-starter
• Solid organisational ability – ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks/projects
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Great attention to detail and accuracy with minimal or zero need for re-work 
• Ability to manage a project from start to completion (identify the blockers, resources required, see through completion, assess results)
