Your role
Prime Technology Specialist Inc. is looking for aspiring individuals to join their team as a Customer Service Representative in Mandaluyong, Philippines.
Main duties of this position are:
- Assisting customers with complaints and answering their questions about our products and services via all channels
- Be approachable and accommodating. Understand each concern and show empathy. Use appropriate language at all times. Constantly gather feedback after each transaction.
- Recording and reporting accurate, timely, thorough, and organized documentation is needed to ensure that everything needed to assist the customer is available for other teammates as well as in the cases where escalation is necessary.
- The job requires frequent interactions with various levels of Management. Other tasks may from time to time be assigned in accordance with the exigencies of the business, within the employee’s department, within the company, as well as other companies within The WOW Group
About you
To be considered, you must have these qualifications:
- Can accept fresh graduates, and Senior High School graduates that willing to learn.
- Preferably college graduate of any 4-year course or vocational graduate of any TESDA training center related to the position.
- Preference in the fields of Communications, Marketing, Business/ Entrepreneurship.
- With high analytical skills and detail oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
