Your role
Prime Technology Specialist Inc. is looking for aspiring individuals to join their ranks as a Customer Service Associate in Mandaluyong, Philippines.
Main responsibilities of the position include:
- Handling client's inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage;
- Issuing outpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists;
- Coordinating with different departments to address client's needs;
- Escalating to immediate supervisor cases that needs approval higher authority. (i.e. urgent cases, unresolved complaints, priority members)
- Performing other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
About you
They are looking for individuals with these qualities:
- Graduate of any 4-year course; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Medical Science or equivalent would be an advantage
- Fresh / Entry level applicants are welcome to apply
- Ability to multitask while working under minimal supervision
- With high analytical skills and detail oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in Pasig area and report on-site on a Shifting Schedule
