Your responsibilities
Participating and coordinating with other departments or functions in the problem reviews, root cause analysis, trend analysis, reporting of recurring or potential incidents, audit compliance, and resolution of client-identified issues or problems which may require changes to procedures, standards, or systems.
Diagnosing IT services-related issues raised through various channels.
Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
Performing application support to processes and activities for the implementation and maintenance of new and existing applications.
Ensuring technical issues or concerns are addressed and mitigated.
Publishing schedules for new applications and maintenance updates.
Evaluating the effectiveness of change control performance.
Coordinating with departmental staff to ensure compliance with change control procedures.
