As a Talent Management (Recruitment) Intern, here are your general responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing communication with applicants.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various positions within the organization.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract potential candidates.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and pre-screening to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and organized records of applicant information.
Draft and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Create and post-publication material for available jobs on a variety of platforms to attract applicants.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to enhance the organization's talent acquisition efforts.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Participate in various recruitment projects to improve processes and enhance candidate experience.
About you
To apply, you must have the following qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Communication, Multimedia Arts, or other related undergraduate program.
Strong interest in psychology, human resources, talent management, or recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
Nice-to-Haves
