Your responsibilities

• Writes breaking stories based on information gathered from news coverage, statements, and other new gathers information and produces journalistic content in the form of stories, images, and videos for the website.
• Takes photos, and shoots video as required by the coverage.
• Cultivates sources and plans interviews for exclusive, in-depth, or feature stories.
• Creates multimedia and interactive content (such as infographics) from time to time.
• Posts updates on social media (e.g. tweets and Facebook Live).

Training & development

Inquirer Academy (INQA) offers professional courses open to the public and customized corporate training in various topics, such as Communication, Leadership, Organizational Development, Sales and Marketing, Financial Management, IT, and Operations Management, and courses for real estate practitioners. During the summer, INQA offers courses for kids and teens as well.

• Prosple salary range Php20,000-30,000.

About You

• Open to fresh graduates.
• College Graduate, preferably majoring in Journalism or Communication Arts.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Proficient in information gathering through interviews and research.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication.
• Photo and video editing skills, creative and resourceful
• Comfortable in reporting stories live on camera.
