Advises and assists the Environmental Impact Assessment Coordinator on matters pertaining to the legal and technical environmental aspects of the overall refinery operations, environmental data analysis, resource conservation, and the evaluation and primary design of projects to improve the efficiency and safety of operations, environmental compliance and/or support additional requirements in terms of the environmental performance of the refinery. Handles PDEA reports and license renewals, MMT and CMVR, as well as Chemical Management which includes PCL Certificate renewal, PICCS verification, and SQI applications.
