Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and increase productivity in both Excel and PowerPoint tasks
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives.
Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner
