JOB DESCRIPTION
- Full-time position; Remote work set-up (UK-based company)
- The candidate's location should have stable and reliable internet not less than 25 Mbps.
- Php 28,000-30,000 per month
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, UK time, Monday to Friday
ABOUT THE ROLE
A Sales & Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the revenue team by developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company operations. They work closely with the Business Development Manager and Head of Revenue to ensure that sales objectives are met and that the sales organization is running smoothly. They are also the immediate person in charge of the company CRM (HubSpot).
CRM Management:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the company’s CRM (HubSpot).
- Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the data in the CRM and updating of product listings.
- Enter information into the CRM collected from email, spreadsheets and/or notes from the Business Development Manager and Head of Revenue.
- Listening to a recorded sales call using Fireflies and entering the relevant data into the CRM.
- Creating of Sales Order (Quotes), Email Templates, Sales Order Templates
- Creating and analyzing sales reports and pipelines to provide insights on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Creating and implementing CRM workflows and automation.
- Weekly reporting to the Business Development Manager and Head of Revenue.
Operations:
- Work closely with the Operations Team Lead for operations-related projects like Partner Outreach, Expert Outreach, etc.
- Handling of other company online tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Fireflies, HubSpot)
- Email management. handling of one of the executive's email.
- Engage with the Customer Success Manager
- Engage with the Data Science team for the productization projects
- Engage with the CEO; if necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years experience in handling CRM (preferably HubSpot)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter and resourceful. Well-organized, intellectual, and analytical with the ability to multitask.
- Great individual worker. Works accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Has a can-do attitude and is receptive to feedback. Works with integrity.
- Takes ownership of the role. Ability to make decisions and can own up to mistakes.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues. Open-minded and can take on new ideas.
