Your responsibilities
Prepares timely and complete reports such as credit investigation reports, appraisal reports, and ocular inspections.
Gathers relevant data/information needed to come up with the required reports.
Conducts credit investigations with banks and other financial institutions and prepares the required reports.
Performs neighborhood checking and other types of interviews directly or indirectly associated with the subject-client and prepares the required reports.
Performs business verification or employment verification on consumer and retail accounts.
Performs value appraisal of equipment, vehicles, and real and other properties needed in coming up with loanable value.
Conducts ocular inspection of brand new equipment for lease or mortgaged account for vehicles acquired from auction companies.
Entertains credit inquiries from other banks and financing institutions.
Ensures the proper monitoring of incoming and outgoing requests and reports to effectively manage their assignments.
Training & development
To develop recruits and less experienced employees, Orix conducts job-level-specific training starting with initial and follow-up training for recruits, third-year training, and training for new assistant managers. About you

At least 1-year experience specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent is a plus.
Willing to do fieldwork.
Preferably knows how to drive a sedan with a driver’s license.
Has good communication skills (Oral and Written).
