Your responsibilities

• Supports manufacturing activities such as reduction of safety and quality findings
• Reviews, updates and send reminders to all action owners
• Supervises process audits pertaining to 5S, Safety, and Quality
• Supports SGA Team and generates improvement actions using 7 QC Tools and Why-Why Analysis
• Collaborates with QA, PE, and Supervisors to ensure the success of improvement activities in the process
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor

About you

• A graduate of BS in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related course.
• Must be keen on implementing Safety and Quality initiatives
• Able to implement improvements in the process and aim for excellence
• Has knowledge of equipment and process
• Able to multi-task and work systematically without compromising quality
