• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Has a basic understanding of local law legislation and its related implementation.
• Has a basic understanding of data analytics and can translate data into action.
• With good interpersonal to form effective working relationships with people in the organization and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams of staff with different levels of technical knowledge. 
• Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to deliver within deadlines.
• Has a result-oriented mindset.
• Has good oral and written communication skills in the English language.
