Your responsibilities

• Shadowing members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties.
• Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
• Working with bookkeeping software.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.
• Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.

About you

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or an equivalent field
• Will work under the supervision of other Accountants
• Assist with bank statements reconciliation, as well as accounts payable and receivable.
• Bank Identification of Cash Deposits, reconciliation of COD, and checking of remittances.
• Ensure that the completion of assigned tasks is in line with the established deadline
• Taking on additional tasks to learn more about accounting and office operations
• Proficient with MS Office applications, Google Suite, etc.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• Shift schedule is 9 am-6 pm / WFH set up
