Your role & responsibilities

Performs financial and compliance audits for all internal and external company financial transactions to determine and verify the adequacy and accuracy of approved action plans, data entries, disbursement, reimbursement, collection attachments, petty cash, and revolving fund replenishments. 

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and/or tally accounting tracking records.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash-on-Delivery teams for the disbursement processes, receipt vouching receipts, and attachment checklist.
• Assist in business permit application and BIR registration from FAO's queries.
• Conduct regular financial and compliance audits of the company's various hubs, warehouses, and office locations as assigned.
• Submit regular audit reports. Timely submission of admin report
• Conduct fraud investigation on suspected malicious activities or when the management warrants it.
• Recommend appropriate preventive or corrective actions to mitigate the occurrence of the same incident.

About you

• Highly knowledgeable of accounting and finance principles and protocols.
• Above average mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Microsoft Excel and other similar apps.
• Strongly analytical with heavy exposure in data analysis.
• Able to quickly adapt to technology and online apps.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and high-volume transactions.
