Your role

The Quality Management Analyst provides visibility to the markets through regular performance reviews with key stakeholders. Promotes alignment on priorities and understanding of business issues between Market and NBS AOA to develop potential opportunities for process improvements.

About you

  • Have an understanding of at least one (1) E2E flow and Market Specifics
  • High customer service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
  • Good documentation, analyzing, and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills, knowledgeable in root cause analysis, 5 whys and fishbone analyis
  • High persuasion skills to drive mindset change
  • Proficienct in Windows, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point, Power BI and Microsoft Teams application
