College graduate, preferably Human Resource Management, master’s degree is an advantage
The position requires at least 1 year experience in Job evaluation and analysis, Promotion, and/or Performance management
The position requires high level of compliance, supervision and reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and customers
Guides other employees with regards to their Performance and Job function
Can deal with highly confidential matters
