Throughout the 6-month program, you will receive mentorship and guidance from seasoned technical and business leaders, have exposure to cross-functional teams, and engage in various developmental activities to enhance your professional competencies.

Requirements:
- Engineering fresh graduates, or those with 1-2 years of working experience
- Demonstrated academic excellence and exceptional performance in extracurricular activities.
- Has demonstrated strong leadership experience and potential, for example, has held key leadership roles in extracurricular activities, volunteer work or other meaningful undertakings.
- Demonstrate your ability to work effectively in teams and your contributions to achieving team success.
- Is a self-starter and has a bias for actions and results.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
- Commitment to the full 6-month duration of the program.
