Your role

The Customer Order Specialist is main point person in retrieving all Purchase Orders of MNC Active Customers using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and VMI (Vendor-Managed Inventory) Systems.

1.    Timely retrieval of customer POs using EDI or VMI through any 1 or more of the following means, as applicable to customer account:

a.    Accessing customer’s vendor portals

b.   Downloading of POs from customer portals or customer emails

c.    Downloading order generation from MNC’s VMI system for distributors

d.   Convert customer file POs to a file that is readable by MNC system

e.    Uploading the MNC-readable POs to MNC System (WebPO)

2.    Maintenance of Master Data in MNC Systems as aligned with IT for the following scenarios:

a.    New products

b.   New customers

c.    Changes in item code or barcode

d.   Changes in customer address

This is necessary for accurate mapping of orders upon submission to MNC System.

3.    Knowledgeable in troubleshooting system errors, and escalating to proper accountable departments if necessary:

a.    IT for systems-related errors

b.   Sales for customer-related errors

• Graduate of any Business or Computer Tech course.
• Tech-proficient
• Able to understand and troubleshoot system issues.
• Experience is preferred
