Position Description

The qualified candidate will help maintain or expand existing accounts, as well as offer technical support to all clients.

Responsibilities:

• Build a lasting relationship with clients while understanding and meeting their needs
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
• Understand the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers, and design solutions to meet those unique business needs
• Design, develop, and deliver sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
• Diagnose and identify solutions to client concerns by identifying the root of their problem correctly
• Provide timely and accurate customer feedback
• Talk customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
• Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved

Requirements:

• Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any related course
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
• Research Skills
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Enthusiastic and passionate
• Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment
