Position Description
The qualified candidate will help maintain or expand existing accounts, as well as offer technical support to all clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build a lasting relationship with clients while understanding and meeting their needs
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Understand the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers, and design solutions to meet those unique business needs
- Design, develop, and deliver sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Diagnose and identify solutions to client concerns by identifying the root of their problem correctly
- Provide timely and accurate customer feedback
- Talk customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
- Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
Requirements:
- Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any related course
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
- Research Skills
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment
