Your responsibilities

• Promptly dispatches documents to intended parties; ensures that documents dispatched are properly monitored and controlled.
• Prepares/issues Official Receipts for checks received in payment for specific Treasury placements; ensures that checks received are complete and are delivered to Clearing Department within the set deadline.
• Schedules the activities of the motorized messengers assigned at the Division and ensures that their assigned tasks are properly carried out; ensures that services of the motorized messengers are maximized.
• Maintains and properly accounts for the documents and accountable forms lodged in the vault; ensures usage/issuance is properly controlled and accounted for; ensures that stocks of accountable forms are kept within a reasonable level.
