Your role

• Direct access to the BIR E-DST system for the actual affixture of Documentary Stamp Tax
• Safekeeping and recording of cashier’s checks payable to loan borrowers, dealers, and developers
• Preparation and issuance of an official receipt for loan payments
• Prepares report like LOD Daily Report, etc.
• Safekeeping, recording, and scanning of Promissory Notes (PN) and Disclosure Statements (DS) in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Bank
• Preparation and sending of client’s copy of PN/DS, including maintenance of a master list of received PN/DS and returned mail
• Encoding in the client’s information database of the new CCIF duly endorsed and verified by the signature verification team
• Safekeeping, recording, receiving, and releasing of Post Dated Checks for loan amortization payment
• Timely escalation to Loan Officer/Department Head for gaps identified and issues encountered in BAU activities

About you

• Bachelor's Degree
• College graduate
• Business course or equivalent with computer know-how
• Must have good coordination and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Basic to intermediate level in Excel
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, possibly graveyard shift, work on holidays and weekends
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
