Your role

• Ensures that all adjustments and other clearing items intended for our branches have been served to assist BRAD in locating differences and to have zero float items.
• Ensures balancing of proof sheet and BSP entries for the day
• Ensures complete backup of PCHC files daily
• Coordinates with other clearing partners from other banks regarding reconciliation matters.
• Ensures that all unposted inward items were printed and accounted for

• Business course or equivalent with computer know-how
• Good communication skills are an advantage
• Must have skills in using adding machines, computers, encoders, and other machines used in clearing operations.
• Experience is preferred but not necessary
• With good moral character
