Your role
- Assists the Special Accounts Officer (SAO) in the collation of documents (i.e. payment ledgers, statement of accounts, etc.) necessary for remedial review, or when endorsing an account to SAMD or RASD.
- Coordinates with branches via email and callout to address collection-related concerns.
- Provide computation of amount due to client or requesting internal unit.
