Your role

• Coordinate with concerned Head Office units, departments and divisions, Metro Manila and Countryside branches to obtain complete/correct information/documents necessary for legal proceedings, recordation, or legal opinion.
• Reproduce/collate/organize/transmit documents and pleadings needed to be presented at court hearings/trials or as may be required for litigation, documentation, or recordation purposes.
• Communicate and coordinate with external lawyers for the transmission of documents and other requirements necessary for legal action, among others.
• Coordinate with branch officers and staff concerned for scheduled hearings and necessary information or documentation.
• Liaise and arrange conferences among external lawyers, legal officers of the bank, clients, or witnesses as may be necessary or called for Assist the Legal Counsel as necessary.
• Organize the records of civil/criminal / labor / administrative cases referred to the Division and file and safely keep legal documents/correspondences/information of cases handled by the Legal for security purposes.
• File pleadings and liaise with the staff of the court, quasi-judicial or administrative bodies/agencies as may be exigent and necessary
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management / Political Science / Business Administration and/or equivalent.
• Maximum 2 years’ relevant experience an advantage.
