Job Summary:
The role prepares/reviews the documentation checklist based on approved transaction media, ensures appropriate management of legal documents, and prepares documents endorsed for chopping. The role also initiates the Transaction Release Slip (TRS), making the lending officer aware of certain documentation deficiencies prior to every loan booking. The role is also in charge of validating all legal and collateral documents against the requirements in the approval media and requiring the regularization of all legal and collateral document deficiencies.

The company follows the standard recruitment process for most roles. Applicants are requested to apply online. Successful candidates will be called back within one to three weeks for an on-site examination on math, English, and abstract reasoning.
