Benefits Services Assistant (Rolling Intake)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Handle benefits administration, including verification, processing, and monitoring of employee benefits. 
• Ensure smooth and prompt processing of employees’ benefits claims in compliance with labor laws. 
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the Bank's benefits administration. 
• Work on impactful projects contributing to the Bank's growth. 
• Participate in cross-functional teamwork and receive career coaching and mentoring.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have: 

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome). 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Customer service and stakeholder management skills.
