Maxim was established in April 1983 by a group of ten coworkers. By 1993, Maxim had introduced over 600 new chips and was selling its products to more than 10,000 customers around the world. Your role

• Responsible for updating and optimizing corporate intranet content to enhance the digital employee experience related to the Workday Implementation
• Closely collaborates with stakeholders and support functions such as, but not limited to, Content Owners, HRBPs, HR Shared Services, PMOs, and SMEs.
• Holds stakeholders accountable to timelines, tracks until completion, and regularly reports progress status to the PMO and HR Shared Services leads for visibility, monitoring, and escalation as needed
• Takes ownership of implementing intranet content updates based on information provided by Content Owners
• Reviews, edits, and proofreads outputs of other writers, SMEs and Content Owners
• Ensures that content updates meet quality review expectations and executes quality control functions for compliance.
• Writes consistent, concise, and easy-to-understand technical documents intended for specific users in compliance with internally developed standards and/or guidelines
• Creates, maintains, and updates user documentation for a variety of materials such as, but not limited to, manuals, procedures, specifications, installation or user guides, training materials, desktop procedures, and other technical documents
• Designs and establishes style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations to meet business needs
• Review, evaluate, and recommend revisions to standards and guidelines, as needed

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields
• Writers & English Course Graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of SharePoint and basic design or formatting using MS office
• Strong writing and editing ability
• Creative writing experience and interest are a plus.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain personal credibility with subject matter experts
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proactively identifies areas of improvement, plans/implements improvements, and follows through to execute activities across the team/stakeholders to achieve continuous improvement objectives
• Able to handle multiple projects to meet turnaround time expectations, while also maintaining high-quality content
