Your role & responsibilities

• Processes customer requests forms from Global Customer Ops by encoding data in the SAP Hana system such as new order creation and changes.
• Verifies created customer account data by cohesive reviewing for deficiencies and resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential at all times.
• Ensure that the company’s commitment to environmental management, health, and safety is observed and performed.
• Commitment to the company’s quality objective.

About you

• Preferably a graduate of any 4 years bachelor’s degree course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Working experience and knowledge of SAP systems are advantages but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work with others towards a common goal.
• Flexible and multi-tasked.
