Your responsibilities

• Designs low to medium-complex Test and EvKit PCBs (e.g., parts placement, routing, match length/) adjustment & fabrication) using Cadence or PADS CAD tools with supervision.
• Communicates with Test/Apps Engineers for design requirements and updates. Acts independently within established guidelines and procedures.
• Completes projects and delivers good quality work within the cycle-time metrics.
• Takes ownership of issues. Resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Shares technical expertise and knowledge within the team.
• Provides inputs in staff meetings and makes suggestions for improvement.
• Communicates regularly with team and management for issues and updates.
• Generates and monitors BOM for obsolete and long lead-time parts.
• Recommends replacement parts. Sends RFQs to PCB vendors and negotiates for cost if needed.

About you

• Graduate of BS Electronics & Communication Engineering, or equivalent degree.
• New College Graduate or with 2 years of PCB Layout Experience
