Your role

  • Align to Mastercard business operation model and core business.
  • Structure and implement marketing research about the payment industry status with insights.
  • Cross-border business status, including inbound and outbound, face-to-face, and e-commerce.
  • Conduct gap analysis on the Business Development Team’s readiness for developing new business, from relationship and integration with other Mastercard assets.
  • Propose the action plan to help the team to gear up.
  • Set up guidelines regarding how to identify business opportunities.

Training & development

Participants will be allocated to a business division, where they'll cultivate and refine their skills while gaining practical experience. This program provides a holistic learning experience, allowing students to acquire real-world skills while making meaningful contributions to a global corporation. As an intern, you'll be tasked with projects aimed at honing your abilities and advancing the department's aims and objectives.

About you

Education:

  • Expected graduation from Nov/Dec 2023 to July 2024.
  • Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above (all majors welcome to apply).

  • Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude.
  • Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
