Your role

About the job

As a Human Resources Intern for Louis Vuitton, you will assist the company with tasks set by the Human Resources Department, such as employee data management and reporting, recruitment assistance, calendar and schedule management, benefit enrollment processes, employee engagement assistance, and other administrative tasks.

  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. E.g. Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager/Executive.
  • Post job ads and vacancies on the LVMH job boards site and assist in scheduling candidates.
  • Systematically maintaining employee records across all databases including timekeeping of attendance and leaves.
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
  • Provide necessary paperwork for incoming and departing employees.
  • Assists the Human Resources Manager/Executive in preparing various weekly and monthly reports, as needed
  • Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
  • Follows the company’s policies and procedures
