Your role

As a Finance/Accounting Trainee for Louis Vuitton, you will assist the company with tasks set by the Finance Department such as data capturing, reports generation, and providing ad hoc support and monitoring of operational reports, current initiatives, and projects of the Finance Department.

Profile

  • Understand the business process flows of the company related to the Finance Department.
  • Collaborates with team members on special projects as needed.
  • Provides suggestions to the team for improving business processes.
  • Assists in the accounting day-to-day activities or as required by the immediate superior.
  • Encodes financial data into relevant systems accurately and ensures data integrity by validating information and cross-referencing it with source documents, particularly in processing non-critical invoices.
  • Aids in the completion of tasks and reports for monthly closing procedures.
  • Tracks, monitors, and assists in the closure of SAP open items (PO, GRPO, etc.)
  • Helps in the monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and remaining GL clean-up.
  • Assists in providing documentation requirements to BIR for existing LOA audit.
  • Participate in store field visits to conduct spot and internal audit requirements.
  • Liaise with BIR and other local government requirements.
  • Performs various administrative tasks to support the finance department.
  • Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
  • Follows the company’s policies and procedures.
