Office & Workplace at L’Oréal Philippines

The office is old but waiting to transition to the new office next year.

Currently, the office is uninspiring. We're in an old building with outdated designs it's very cubicle-esque and not metier at all. But we are moving to a new place, and we were just given a sneak peek of the designs and how it's gold certified so I'm excited! It looks WAYYY BETTER than where we are now.

The location, office space, and facilities are adequate but sometimes lacking in terms of number since there are times when all rooms for meetings are booked so people are left with no choice but to conduct meetings in their seats. Dress code is not really strict since we normally have the freedom to choose what we want to wear

The office space could be further approved upon, but all necessities are covered and available, we even have our own mini meeting rooms for private and confidential conversations. In terms of dress codes, compared to other FMCG company's and probably for its nature as a beauty company, I am allowed to be creative and free in my wardrobe, I can mix and match, wear bright and bold colors as long as its decent and still professional
