What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Great as a first job.
Graduate, Manila - 07 Sep 2024
L'Oreal is very generous when it comes to bonuses and it also competitive marking against the top FMCGs and companies in the country. We're about above average in pay especially for someone in their accelerated Management Trainee program. Could we be paid higher for the scope of work and competitiveness of the program? Yes - there are a few more companies who offers higher but it's not so significant in exchange for what you're asked to do on the job. L'Oreal doesn't have those kinds of reputations where people feel like they've sold their souls to capitalism in exchange for good pay. L'Oreal really takes into consideration work life balance and flexibility for what they compensate their workers for.

Reimbursements! L'Oreal's generosity in additional reimbursements on top of the bonuses and pay is great. Could be tax free clothes, tax free skincare treatments, free food vouchers, reimbursable electronics, eye care, medical care, etc. The higher you go of course the more perks in relation to transportation, car loans, etc.
