Managers or M+1s are great. They protect your growth, they also give you the opportunity to learn and go out of your comfort zone. All good in terms of communication, ways of working, expectation settings and feedback.

The managers are really friendly to the point that casual conversions with them is possible vs. more stereo typical managers who are quite hard to approach

Managers are very open to giving and receiving feedback, they are very much invested in my career growth and are open to discussing what I would like to attain and achieve in the next following months or even in the next few years.
