Employees are friendly and reliable when I need help

It's a very lean organization to begin with, which is why there is a lot of responsibilities between roles. In terms of political hierarchy it's not really felt in a way where subordinates are treated differently or they don't have a say. Usually we're able to challenge and converse with top-level management and vice versa. The teams are also very connected, we eat together, go out together, have plenty fruitful discussions outside of the workspace or topic. Before events we prepare together, get ready together with our managers, we plan our outfits, or when we go to work or show up in the office. It's very transparent in relation to those surface level and mid-level career topics.

The company has a start up mindset, and this allows for the employees to feel like what they are doing really matters because the company really do listen. This reflects towards the leadership of the managers and how they lead their respective teams

One of the things that really stands out about L'Oreal Philippines is the positive and supportive company culture. While there's naturally an organizational structure, the atmosphere is very egalitarian. Whether you're an intern, a Management Trainee, or in senior leadership, everyone is treated with the same level of respect and kindness. It creates a really welcoming and collaborative environment. Plus, everyone is genuinely sociable.
I always enjoy our company town halls because they provide a chance to catch up with colleagues from different teams who I might not see regularly due to our various projects and responsibilities. I also appreciate that L'Oreal genuinely values work-life balance and actively encourages employees to disconnect and recharge during their off-hours, particularly on weekends.
