Your role

Locad is seeking ambitious students to try and fill the role of Supply Team Intern in Makati, Philippines.

The role of the Supply Intern will be instrumental in supporting Locad's expansion of its Supply and Partnership network.

Main responsibilities include:

• Assisting Managers in performing Partner Management, Contracting, and Network Development of Fulfillment, Last Mile and Logistics Partners.
• Analyzing and monitoring partners' performance and metrics towards SLAs and contracts.
• Fulfilling pricing requests for services not covered in existing contracts/rate cards. 
• Troubleshooting issues and escalations on orders handled by our Partners.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within Supply Partners.
• Performing ad hoc analysis when needed, including rate competitiveness, profitability analysis, etc.

About you

In order to be successful, you must have these qualities:

• Passion for learning about eCommerce Logistics
• Analytical thinking
• Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
