Your responsibilities

• Ensure customers failed deliveries will be called, address issues on the said deliveries, and arrange redelivery if necessary.
• Ensure courier timely updates for lead time purposes.
• Monito delivery, M Flexi, and customer pick-up progress of deliveries and hub validation check-in.
• Inventory management of backlogs.
• In charge of Outbound of LM fexi, returns, and backlogs to designated next destination. 
• Performs another task that may be assigned from time to time.
